Engineering and science laboratories

At Curtin Malaysia, our engineering and science buildings offers a range of state-of-the-art laboratories across two main buildings in the Skylark Precinct. With 25 rooms and a dedicated team of 20 staff, we ensure that you have the support you need for your learning and research. Our staff assist with lab activities, equipment maintenance, and ensure all operations meet occupational health and safety standards. 
In addition, the campus features advanced labs for Chemical, Geotechnical, and Structural Engineering, alongside specialised facilities for Electrical Power, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Networking, Renewable Energy, and Geophysics, all designed to enhance your academic experience.

Many of our courses are recognised by respected professional accreditation bodies, that allow you to gain accreditation when you graduate.

Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)

Many of the majors under this degree are recognised by Malaysian Qualifications Agency(MQA), Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Engineers Australia (EA), Institution of Chemical Engineers(IChemE, UK), and Washington Accord.

Bachelor of Applied Geology

This course is accredited by Malaysian Qualifications Agency(MQA), The Australian Institute of Geoscientists, Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Geological Society of Australia, and International Association of Hydrogeologists.
