Global trends and digital technologies continue to influence how organisations attract customers and deliver tourism and hospitality services. In this double major at Curtin University Malaysia, you will study how marketing strategies influence customer engagement while gaining knowledge of the global tourism and hospitality industry.

In the marketing major, you will learn how to analyse markets, understand consumer behaviour and plan effective marketing strategies. The course also covers integrated marketing communications, digital marketing and data analysis to support business decisions across different industries and markets.

The tourism and hospitality major develops your understanding of tourism systems, service management, destination planning and sustainable tourism practices. You will learn how organisations design visitor experiences, manage service operations and respond to industry trends. Graduates can pursue careers in hotels, resorts, airlines, attractions, destination organisations and many other service industries.
