Summer Vacation Accommodation

We have accommodation available during the summer vacation for registered Curtin students. However, rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible as there is limited availability.

Visitor/Guest Accommodation

If you are our invited guest visitor/lecturer who only want to book accommodation for a short period of time, we have a small number of guest accommodation available on a nightly basis subject to availability.

Vacation Storage Arrangement

Remember you cannot store your personal belongings in your room or in your accommodation common area when your tenancy agreement expires.

If you need to store your belongings (luggage) over the summer vacation, please contact housing services as soon as possible as there is limited availability.

Note to Vacation Storage Applicants:

1. Stored items must be packed neatly and sealed in boxes, suitcases or strong bags. No valuable, illegal or perishable items.
2. Limited to 5 pieces of luggage for each application. Take photos & label your stored items.
3. Store at your own risk. The University and Housing Services will not be held liable for any loss or damage to stored items.
4. Stored items will be released only to the applicant unless permission is granted otherwise.
5. Stored items not collected one month after the agreed end date will be disposed of at the University’s discretion.
6. It is your responsibility to inform Housing Services 5 DAYS prior to your arrival for storage delivery arrangement (if needed).
