Graduation Ceremony

All graduates must return their regalia after the graduation ceremony. A penalty of RM265 per day will be charged for any late return.

This graduation ceremony is for 2023 graduates from Faculty of Business, Faculty of Engineering and Science, and Faculty of Humanities and Health Sciences only.

Further information will be posted and communicated to all registered graduates via preferred email in OASIS, Official Communication Channel and Telegram group. 

All graduates must register via an online graduation link by Friday 5 April 2024.

Additional information:

  • There will be a live feed at LTBS I and LTBS II.
  • Registration opens at 8am. Graduates and guest must be seated in the Event Hall by 9am.
  • Only registered graduands and guests will be allowed to enter the graduation hall.
  • Your seat number identifies the order which you will receive your award. Please remain in this seat until called.
  • Your stage photo will be available 1 hour after the ceremony has concluded. You can collect your Stage photo at LTCL 2, Heron 2.
  • You and your registered guests will have light refreshments at the Lecture Theatre Foyer. A food coupon will be provided during registration.
  • Children below 7 years old are not allowed in the hall.
  • The safety of our staff, graduates, family, friends, and community is our highest priority. If you are feeling unwell or develop flu-like symptoms, please do not attend this event.
