Graduation Ceremony
Important announcement
- The Academic Regalia must be worn to receive your award
- Registration opens at 8am. Graduates and guest must be seated in the Event Hall by 9am
- Only registered graduands and guests will be allowed to enter the graduation hall
- Your seat number identifies the order that you will receive your award. Please remain in this seat until called
- Please provide a copy of eTicket to your guest as it will be requested at the registration counter
- Guest must be seated according to their seat number
- Your stage photo will be available 1 hour after the ceremony has concluded. The venue for stage photo collection will be announced closer to ceremony date
- You and your registered guests will be provided with light refreshment at the Cafeteria and Auditorium Foyer
- Children below 7 years old are not allowed in the hall
- Graduates and guests with special needs (eg. wheel chair) need to be informed in advance. Please contact graduations@curtin.edu.my before Friday 4 April 2025
- If you require someone to collect your regalia on your behalf, please complete and sign the Disclosure of Information and Proxy Authorisation Form and give to your proxy to submit. Your proxy must submit this form in order to collect on your behalf. Please ensure they bring their own photo identification (driver’s licence, passport, Curtin student ID card). Regalia will not be released to anyone without authorisation. Contact Retail & Services at retailservices@curtin.edu.my for more information
- Graduates and guest ticket with seat number can be viewed on Friday 2 May 2025 from the registration portal
- The safety of our staff, graduates, family, friends, and community, is our highest priority. If you are feeling unwell or develop flu-like symptoms, please do not attend this event.
All graduates must return their regalia after the graduation ceremony. A penalty of RM265 per day will be charged for any late return.
