Professor Dr. Ruey-An Doong has received his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering at National Taiwan University Taiwan in 1992. Currently he is working as full professor in Department of biomedical Engineering and Environmental Sciences National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed Journals like Journal of Environmental Engineering and Management and Global Journal of Environmental Science and Technology. He is authored more than 100 research articles/ books. He has honoured as fellow of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Germany.
