IHL competition & exhibition
In conjunction with the conference, there will be an exhibition focusing on two themes:
- Transition for the Future Energy
- Industrial Transformation through Digitalisation, Automation and Robotics
The exhibition expects to receive visitors from industry, conference participants from various universities, primary and secondary school students, and the general public. It will be an opportunity for participants from institutions of higher learning (IHL) to showcase their innovation and invention, participate in the award session, foster a new collaboration network, and stay updated about technology development in both the industry and academia, as the industry exhibition will be held simultaneously.
Exhibition space that comes with standard booth facilities are offered to exhibitors as below.

- Industry/ Government Agencies/ Institutions (40 booths)
- Institution of Higher Learning Competition (50 tabletop exhibitions with display poster board)
- Curtin Services (10 tabletop exhibition)

Registration details are as follows. An EOI will be first required for the assignment of an Exhibition ID. Invitations will be sent after which payment and submission will be required.
EOI registration open: 1 April 2024
Early bird EOI registration: until 30 June 2024
Payment and Submission registration open: 15 June 2024
