In conjunction with the conference, there will be an exhibition focusing on two themes:

The exhibition expects to receive visitors from industry, conference participants from various universities, primary and secondary school students, and the general public. It will be an opportunity for participants from institutions of higher learning (IHL) to showcase their innovation and invention, participate in the award session, foster a new collaboration network, and stay updated about technology development in both the industry and academia, as the industry exhibition will be held simultaneously.

Exhibition space that comes with standard booth facilities are offered to exhibitors as below.

Lunch and two tea breaks will be provided for two days

2 refreshments will be provided daily for 2 days. Package A and B apply to registration before 5 August 2024, while Package C applies to registration after 5 August 2024. Packages B and C include a ticket to the Gala Dinner.
