Presentation
The GlobeCoReS 2025 Conference offers a dynamic platform for researchers, practitioners, and community leaders to share their work, insights, and innovations related to sustainability and community development. Presentations will be delivered through a variety of formats, including oral presentations, workshops, and poster sessions, designed to foster meaningful dialogue and interdisciplinary collaboration. We welcome both academic and practice-based contributions, and all presenters are encouraged to engage the audience and promote knowledge exchange. Detailed guidelines for each presentation format, including time allocations and technical requirements, are provided below to help you prepare effectively.
Presentation formats
Oral presentation
- Oral presentation (15 minutes)
- Live-stream presentation (15 minutes)
- Pre-recorded presentation (15 minutes)
Poster presentation
- Physical digital poster presentation (10 minutes)
- Live-stream digital poster presentation (10 minutes)
Physical conference presenters
Oral presentation
- Opportunity to do a Live Physical presentation at the conference
- Each presenter will get 10 minutes to do their presentation. PPT is compulsory
- Each presenter will have 5 minutes for the Q&A session.
Poster presentation
- A time slot will be allocated for the poster viewing in the conference program and please ensure that you stand by your poster(s) for discussions and questions during that session
- Poster presenters can explain their material, answer questions, exchange contact information, and fully discuss the subject matter, as visitors examine the displays during the time allocated for poster presentation
- You should be available in front of your poster throughout the poster session
- Further information on the poster requirement will be provided at a later date.
Attendee/Non-presenter
You are welcome to attend the session as a non-presenter, where you still will be able to engage with the presenter and fellow attendees.

Virtual conference presenters
Online oral presentation
- Opportunity to do a Live WebEx presentation at the conference
- Each presenter will get 10 minutes to do their presentation
- PowerPoint slide is compulsory
- Each presenter will have 5 minutes for the Q&A session.
Online poster presenter
- Each poster will be displayed at the conference for 10 minutes
- Posters should be one-page POwerPoint to be exhibited in WebEx
- All posters will be distributed as part of conference book content.
Pre-recorded video option
This option is for the participants who would like to record the presentation and play it rather than presenting live at the conference.
- The presenter should record maximum of 10 minutes of video presentation, and it should be uploaded in a given link
- The organizing committee will play the video in your presentation slot
- The presenter should be present during your presentation slot, especially for the Q&A session
