Self-paying participants
Please complete both your registration and payment in one step using the following link.
Training and Short Courses > Payments > Malaysian Finance Association International Conference (MFAIC2025) > Create Booking > Select the relevant registration and fee category.
HRDF-approved participants
If you have received HRDF approval to attend the conference and your application has been approved, please complete your registration using the following link. No payment is required for this category.
Before proceeding with registration, please ensure you have the following information ready.
Name and email address of the person responsible for handling your HRDF application & submission for MFAIC 2025 (e.g., your company/organization’s HR personnel, Finance Manager, Managing Director, etc.).
Proof of approval for your HRDF application for MFAIC 2025 (e.g., official letters, documents, or screenshots of approval confirmation).

For participants whose conference fees are to be paid via bank transfer by their organizations/universities/institutions, the following bank account details are provided:

Please email the proof of payment (e.g., bank transfer slip/ TT slip) to mfaic@curtin.edu.my for verification, with the email subject line/title: “MFAIC2025 Conference Fee – Bank Transfer – Participant Name”.
Once your payment is successfully verified, we will send you an online registration form to complete the registration process. Please note that participants are responsible for any local or intermediary bank charges.
If you wish to pay in USD, please refer to our terms and conditions. Kindly note that we only accept payments in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
