Management skills such as problem solving, decision making and leadership are essential across small-to-medium enterprises, non-profits, large corporations and government sectors, where managers supervise staff, balance budgets and deliver projects while upholding ethics and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this double major, you\u2019ll learn to lead on contemporary organisational challenges, manage people and budgets, and make informed decisions that drive performance. At the same time, you\u2019ll study marketing as a blend of behavioural science and creativity. Topics include consumer behaviour, advertising, digital and social media marketing, public relations, sales strategies, pricing, promotion, distribution and international marketing. You\u2019ll develop the ability to analyse customer and competitor behaviour to help organisations anticipate demand and create strategies that differentiate products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a strong emphasis on practical and industry relevant learning, you\u2019ll gain hands on experience through real world projects, social media management tools,
