You should not make commitments to any other activities over this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many assessments and exams will be centrally scheduled during the formal examination period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Six weeks prior to the examination period a draft timetable will be published<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will have one week to provide feedback to your schools or faculty about the timetable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Four weeks prior to the examination period a final timetable will be published<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two weeks prior to the examination period your examination venue will be published (if you have a face-to-face exam).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may be required to sit back-to-back examinations but shall not be made to take more than two examinations per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternative arrangements (Equity Examinations)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curtin University recognises that some students require alternative arrangements for their examinations. You will need to provide medical documentation to support your request at the initial appointment. To apply for an alternative examination, please contact Curtin\u2019s Multi-Faith Officer to arrange an appointment. The Multi-Faith Officer will assist you in the application process. At the meeting, you will need to provide appropriate documentation from your church or religious group and provide advice of unit enrolments.
