Any results you receive as a Curtin student will appear on your Academic Transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grades and marks you receive have been assigned based on Curtin\u2019s&nbsp;Academic Grading System. These grades affect your&nbsp;Academic Status&nbsp;and may impact your eligibility to be accepted in academic courses or be a scholarship recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can get access to an unofficial Academic Transcript (Academic eRecord) via the&nbsp;<strong>My Results<\/strong>&nbsp;tab of eStudent in OASIS. The application must be in writing and provide an explanation of the circumstances of the original offence and justification for converting the ANN grade. A DA grade must be converted to a final result by no later than the end of the subsequent study period in which the student is enrolled. Any extension must be approved by the Academic Registrar (or authorised officer).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>OA<\/td>\n<td>Ongoing Assessment<\/td>\n<td>This interim grade may be used where assessment tasks and assessment for a unit cover more than one study period (the study period of enrolment and the subsequent study period). The OA grade may be used as an interim (holding) grade until the assessment tasks and assessment are completed. An OA grade must be converted to a final result by no later than the end of the subsequent study period in which the student is enrolled. Students on a status of Good Standing have a semester weighted average (SWA) of 50 or higher and pass more than 50% of enrolled units each study period.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>                    <div id=\"conditional\" class=\"card\"\n         data-type=\"\"><div class=\"inner\"><div class=\"card__title\"><h3 class=\"h2\">Conditional<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"card__content\"><p>A Conditional status means you are at risk of not achieving satisfactory course progress. You are permitted to re-enroll but may be subject to conditions which are determined by the Head of School or Student Progress Appeals Committee. The conditions are to help you improve your academic progress.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>                    <div id=\"terminated\" class=\"card\"\n         data-type=\"\"><div class=\"inner\"><div class=\"card__title\"><h3 class=\"h2\">Terminated<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"card__content\"><p>A Terminated status means you are not achieving satisfactory course progress and have been terminated from your course.
