Non-refundable Normal rates will apply from 17 Aug, 2024 through 2 Sep, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The paper must be presented by an author of that paper during the conference unless the ICHELT committee grants permission in advance of the event for a substitute presenter, who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
