Call for papers and publications
Prior to commencement, it is imperative for the corresponding author to gather and input the subsequent details for the abstract and conference paper submission:
- Contact Information: Ensure accurate spelling of first and last name, title, affiliation, and country of affiliation.
- Paper Title: Provide the complete title of the paper for presentation.
- Paper Abstract: Furnish a concise abstract of up to 250 words.
To initiate the submission process, please access the online submission system. It is crucial to note that the information furnished during account creation will be utilised for official Letters of Acceptance, Letters of Invitation, and Conference Programmes. Thus, it is imperative to ensure the accuracy of names, affiliations, and related details.
Submit your abstract, adhering to the maximum word limit of 250, and select from the available presentation formats, including Physical or Virtual Presenters.
It is advisable to submit well in advance of the submission deadline to take advantage of Early Bird rates.
Your abstract and conference paper will undergo a double-blind peer review process, with results typically returned within four weeks.
If your abstract and/or conference paper is accepted, you will receive an invitation to register for the conference. Upon payment of the registration fee, you will be issued a confirmation email containing your official receipt.
