All papers submitted must follow the IEEE Conference format which can be downloaded from the link below. A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration. If a paper is accepted, at least one author needs to register and present the paper. The camera-ready version of an accepted paper should have a length of four (4) to five (5) pages. Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed, each additional page incurs a fee of USD 25 per page. The maximum length of a paper, including the additional pages, is seven (7) pages.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Authors with outstanding paper may be invited to submit an extended version of their paper to Scopus-indexed journals.
